Sound familiar?

Most companies do not
fail at the advertising

The problem is rarely where it first appears. If any of these sound familiar, there is something to find.

Spend goes up, the result does not

Every month you put more in, and roughly the same comes out.

You cannot tell which money works

The report is full of data and still does not say what to switch off tomorrow.

The account is fine, the business is not

Technically everything is in order, and none of it shows up in the bank account.

A monthly call, a flat six months

Optimisation happens, but nobody tells you how much is at stake.

About

Why a Growth Partner
and not an agency?

In the agency model the campaign is the product. With me, growth is the product. That difference shows up in every decision: I defend the result, not the spend.

You talk to one person who sees the ads, the tracking, the website and the process. No handover between three departments, no lost context.

Markets

Fifteen countries,
one pair of hands

I have run campaigns, built measurement or delivered training in these countries. Several markets at once, inside the same system.

Before and after

Same budget,
different result

This is not about more marketing. It is about cleaner operation. The four phases lead here.

BEFORE

  • Spend rises and you cannot see what pays back
  • Separate campaigns pulling against each other
  • The report describes, it does not decide
  • Decisions come from gut feeling

AFTER

  • You see which money produces
  • One plan where the channels work for each other
  • The report carries the next step
  • The numbers decide, and you see when they were wrong

What I do

Everything digital,
in one place

I am not selling a service list. I bring the part that makes the biggest difference in your specific case.

01

Audit

I go through the ad account, the measurement, the SEO basics and the site. You get it in writing: where the money leaks, and what to fix first.

  • Ad account: structure, spend, waste
  • Measurement: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversions, consent
  • SEO and site: technical faults and conversion blockers
02

Performance Marketing Management

Google Ads, Meta and TikTok under one strategy, not three separate campaigns. I touch the accounts, and I answer for the result.

  • Account structure built or rebuilt
  • Daily bid, budget and creative work
  • A monthly report that contains the decision
03

AI Ads, advertising inside ChatGPT

I run ChatGPT ads in the markets where they are available. Availability differs by country, so that is the first thing we check.

  • Availability checked for your markets
  • Ads Manager setup and campaign launch
  • Creative and measurement built for a conversational surface
04

Marketing consulting

If you have a team, I do not take their work. I set the direction and show you where the money leaks.

  • Account and measurement review
  • A priority order for what to fix and when
  • Regular sessions with your team
05

Business development

New market, new channel, new offer. We go through what pays back and what does not.

  • The numbers before you enter a market
  • A review of the offer and the pricing
  • A channel plan with a budget
06

AI solutions

Not for the demo. AI steps inside your own processes that remove real hours of work or real sources of error.

  • Where AI pays off and where it does not
  • Rollout with human approval in the loop
  • Training for your team
07

Automation

Whatever repeats, a machine should do. Reporting, lead routing, data joins, alerts.

  • Leads land where the work actually happens
  • Reports assembled automatically
  • Watchdog runs that tell you when something breaks
08

Email marketing

Automated flows, segmentation and emails people actually open.

  • Welcome and follow up sequences
  • Segmentation based on buying behaviour
  • Abandoned cart and win back emails
09

Newsletters

Regular sends and list building, so the list does not only grow but also buys.

  • A sending calendar and a topic plan
  • List building from the website
  • Measurement: which send brought revenue
10

Web measurement

GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and server side tagging. This is the layer everything else decides on.

  • Conversion tracking set up and verified
  • Consent mode and cookie handling
  • Data validation: does the account match reality
11

Website build

Fast, measured pages that convert. From a single landing page to a full multilingual site.

  • A landing page or a full website
  • Measurement built in from day one
  • Several languages and language routing
12

Conversion optimisation

More enquiries from the same traffic. At message, form and process level.

  • Form and process simplified
  • Message and offer sharpened
  • A/B tests you can actually measure
13

Feeds and product data

Merchant Center and the product feed. In automated systems this is one of the last real levers you still control.

  • Feed errors fixed and monitored
  • Title structure and attributes
  • Margin passed through, so bidding can chase profit
14

Reporting

One view that tells you what happened and why. Not a forty page PDF.

  • One dashboard covering every channel
  • A monthly summary with a recommendation
  • An alert when something goes off track

What you get

The channel is the how.
This is the what.

The service list says what I do. This says what you see of it in your own numbers.

01

More result from the same budget

I do not make the click cheaper, I make the return better.

02

Predictable growth

A system you can plan with, not month to month guesswork.

03

Less money leaking out

What does not pay back gets switched off, not dressed up.

04

A clear view

One place where you see what happened and what comes next.

A GOOD CAMPAIGNIS NOT THE PRETTIEST.A GOOD CAMPAIGNIS THE MOST PROFITABLE.

Brands I have
worked with

A few companies where growth was not a slogan but a task.

01
My scope: PPC management, measurement, training

European coin collecting group, founded in 1994, with its own companies across several markets. I ran the ad accounts of thirteen countries at the same time, built out the measurement, and ran digital marketing training at group level.

How I work

Four phases,
zero guessing

The same sequence on every new engagement, so you can see what comes next.

01

Diagnose

I go through the account, the tracking and the site. I write down where money is lost and how much is at stake. Facts, not opinions.

02

Activate

We start with the highest impact moves. Structure, offer, measurement. First we fix what affects everything else.

03

Retain

A new customer costs more than an existing one. Email, newsletters, win back campaigns and lifecycle logic get put in place.

04

Build forward

Whatever repeats becomes automatic. Reports, data flows, AI steps. Growth then depends on a system, not on me.

Why me

Four things that
are different here

One person, no account chain

No two layers between strategy and execution. You talk to the person doing the work.

I argue with numbers

If I cannot show it in the data, I do not recommend it. Best practice is not evidence.

Several markets, several languages

I have worked on Northern and Central European markets. I know translation is not localisation.

Automation first

If a task comes back manually for the third time, that is a process fault. We write it once and move on.

What is different

A typical agency
and a Growth Partner

Plenty of people manage the same channels. The difference is not in the platform.

Questions

What people ask
most often

What does Growth Partner actually mean?

It means I am not selling one service, I take responsibility for growth together with you. If advertising is not the bottleneck, I will not propose advertising, I will propose the thing that actually is.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

[TBD] Fill in your contract model, for example open ended with a notice period, or project based.

What does it cost?

[TBD] Fill in how you price, for example a fixed monthly fee, a project fee or a spend based band.

When will I see results?

It depends on the starting point. Fixing tracking errors shows up within days, while structural changes also need learning time in the ad platforms. The diagnosis tells you what to expect and when.

Do you take over my current team or agency?

Not necessarily. In many cases the fastest route is that your team stays and I provide the direction and the measurement. If something does need to be taken over, we can arrange that too.

Which languages do you work in?

English, Swedish and Hungarian. I have also worked on Polish and German speaking markets, where we run localisation with a native check.

Before you write

Three questions
you would ask anyway

What if I already have an agency?

An outside look is still useful. You do not have to switch in order to find out where the headroom is.

Is it worth it on a smaller budget?

The honest answer is that it depends. In the diagnosis I tell you whether there is enough room, or whether something else has to move first.

What do you need for a useful conversation?

Access to the account and the tracking, or at least an export. Without that I have an opinion, not a finding.

Optimise for lead quality, not lead count

Optimise for lead quality, not lead count

If the system only sees that a form arrived, it will bring you forms. Here is how to give it back the information about which ones became business.
