This policy explains what data I collect on this site, why I collect it, and what you can do about it.

What data I collect

If you fill in one of the forms, I process what you enter: your name, email, phone, company and answers. The form also automatically records how you got here: advertising and campaign identifiers, the referring page, the landing page, device and browser data, and the time and language of the submission.

Why I collect it

To answer your enquiry, to see which channels bring in serious enquiries, and to avoid spending ad budget where it doesn't work.

Legal basis

For answering your enquiry, the legal basis is taking steps before entering into an agreement, and legitimate interest. For advertising and analytics cookies, the basis is consent.

How long I keep it

I keep data you send through the form for 24 months and then delete it. If we end up working together, the data becomes part of that working relationship, and I keep it for 24 months after the work ends. The same period applies to the advertising parameters the form records. If you want it deleted sooner, write to me and I'll delete it.

Who receives it

Netlify stores form submissions, because the site runs there. If you allow analytics or advertising measurement, Google and Meta may also receive data. I don't pass the data on to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To do any of this, write to the email address above.

Complaints

If you think I'm handling your data incorrectly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Sweden that's Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, and in Hungary it's the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság.

Cookies

The site itself doesn't set any cookies. It stores four things in your browser, all of which the site needs to work: your language choice, whether you closed the language bar, your answer about cookies, and which ad you came from. The last one is kept for up to 90 days, the rest until you clear them yourself. Cookies are only set once you accept. If you do, Google Tag Manager adds the Google Analytics cookies (_ga and those starting with _ga_) and the Google Ads cookie (_gcl_au). If you decline, they aren't loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer, and I'll ask again after 180 days. If you arrive from an ad, the information about which campaign you came from is sent along with the form you submit. It's a hidden field in the form, not a cookie, and it goes nowhere unless you send the form.
