What data I collect

If you fill in one of the forms, I process what you type: name, email, phone, company and your answers. In addition the form automatically records how you arrived: advertising and campaign identifiers, referring page, landing page, device and browser data, plus the time and language of the submission.

Why I collect it

To answer your enquiry, to see which channel brings serious enquiries, and to avoid spending ad budget where it does not work.

Legal basis

For answering your enquiry the basis is the preparation of an agreement and legitimate interest. For advertising and analytics cookies the basis is consent.

How long I keep it

Who receives it

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, because the site runs there. If you allow analytics or advertising measurement, Google and Meta may also receive data. I do not pass the data to other recipients unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to the email address above.

Complaints

If you believe I handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Sweden that is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, in Hungary the Nemzeti Adatvedelmi es Informacioszabadsag Hatosag.

Cookies
