Most companies don't
fail because of the ads

Tick what's true for you. The more ticks, the less likely it's the ad budget holding you back.

Rather sort it out yourself? That works too. I can teach you to run your own ads and build your own AI automations. The coaching page has the details.

About

Why a Growth Partner
and not an agency?

An agency sells you campaigns. What I commit to is that you keep more at the end. You'll see the difference on the day I suggest switching off something I was earning from too.

You talk to one person who sees the ads, the tracking and the website. You don't have to explain things three times, and nothing gets lost between departments.

Markets

Seventeen countries,
one pair of hands

I've run campaigns, set up tracking or delivered training in all of these countries, several markets at a time within the same system.

Before and after

Same budget,
different result

The change comes from cleaner operations, not more marketing. The four phases lead here.

BEFORE

  • You raise the budget and hope it works out
  • Google and Meta compete against each other for the same customer
  • The report says what happened, but not what to do next
  • Decisions come down to whose gut feeling wins

AFTER

  • You can see which campaign brought in the order
  • One plan, so the channels don't steal customers from each other
  • The report ends with what we'll change
  • The numbers decide, and afterwards you can see when they were wrong

What I do

Everything digital,
in one place

I can do eighteen things. For your business, maybe two of them matter. We start with those.

01

Audit

I go through your ad account, tracking, SEO basics and website. You get it all in writing: where the money leaks out and what to fix first.

  • Ad account: structure, spend, waste
  • Tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversions, consent
  • SEO and website: technical faults and conversion blockers
02

Performance Marketing Management

Google Ads, Meta and TikTok under one strategy instead of three separate campaigns. I do the work in the accounts myself, and I answer for the results.

  • Account structure built or rebuilt
  • Day-to-day work on bids, budgets and creative
  • A regular report that comes with a decision
03

B2B PPC

Google Ads for companies that sell to other companies. The goal is leads your sales team can close, so that's what the campaigns learn to find.

  • CRM stages fed back into Google Ads
  • Bidding on qualified leads, not raw form fills
  • Negative keyword lists that filter out job, student and support searches
04

AI Ads, advertising inside ChatGPT

I run ChatGPT ads in the markets where they're available. That varies by country, so it's the first thing we check.

  • Availability checked for your markets
  • Ads Manager setup and campaign launch
  • Creative and tracking made for a chat environment
05

Marketing consulting

If you have a team, I won't take over their work. I set the direction and show you where the money is leaking.

  • Account and measurement review
  • A clear order of what to fix and when
  • Regular sessions with your team
06

Business development

A new market, a new channel or a new offer. We work out what pays back and what doesn't.

  • The numbers before you enter a market
  • A review of your offer and pricing
  • A channel plan with a budget
07

AI solutions

Not for show. AI steps built into your own processes that save real hours of work or remove real sources of error.

  • Where AI pays off and where it doesn't
  • Rollout with a person signing off
  • Training for your team
08

Automation

If it repeats, a machine should do it: reporting, lead routing, data joins, alerts.

  • Leads go straight to where the work happens
  • Reports that put themselves together
  • Monitoring that tells you when something breaks
09

Email marketing

Automated flows, segmentation and emails that bring in real revenue.

  • Welcome and follow-up sequences
  • Segmentation based on buying behaviour
  • Abandoned-cart and win-back emails
10

Newsletters

Regular sends and list building, so your list buys as well as it grows.

  • A sending calendar and a topic plan
  • List building from the website
  • Tracking which send brought in revenue
11

Web measurement

GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and server-side tagging. This is the layer everything else rests on.

  • Conversion tracking set up and verified
  • Consent mode and cookie handling
  • Data checks: does the account match reality?
12

Website build

Fast pages with tracking built in, made to convert. Anything from a single landing page to a full multilingual site.

  • A landing page or a full website
  • Measurement built in from day one
  • Multiple languages and language routing
13

Conversion optimisation

More enquiries from the same traffic, by working on the message, the form and the process.

  • A simpler form and process
  • A sharper message and offer
  • A/B tests you can actually measure
14

Feeds and product data

Merchant Center and your product feed. In automated campaigns, it's one of the last real levers you still control.

  • Feed errors fixed and monitored
  • Title structure and attributes
  • Margin data passed through, so bidding can aim for profit
15

Reporting

One view that tells you what happened and why. Not a forty-page PDF.

  • One dashboard for every channel
  • A regular summary with a recommendation
  • An alert when something goes off track
16

Photo and video

Product photography, portraits, on-location shots and short videos for ads. I offer this only in Jönköping and Budapest, working with subcontracted photographers. I handle the brief and the usage.

  • Brief: what the image needs to do and where it will run
  • Coordinating the photographer, the shoot day and the selection
  • Crops and sizes for ads, the site and the shop
17

Graphic design and identity

Ad creative, banners, presentations and identity basics. I offer this in Hungary and Sweden, working with subcontracted designers. The concept and the evaluation come from me.

  • Ad creative in several sizes, built per platform
  • Identity basics: logo use, colour, typography
  • Presentations, proposal templates and social media templates
18

Blocked Meta pixel restoration

If Meta has restricted your domain, your conversions stop arriving. With Metamorph you get them back, on the same pixel and ad account.

  • A free one-minute check, no sign-up
  • Set-up by Metamorph's team, nothing for you to install
  • A 7-day free trial

What you get

The channel is the how.
This is the what.

The service list shows what I do. This shows what you'll see from it in your own numbers.

01

Better results from the same budget

I don't chase cheaper clicks. I look at what you keep at the end of the month.

02

Predictable growth

You know in advance what you can put in and roughly what you'll get out. You don't have to wait for the end of the month to find out.

03

Less money leaking out

What doesn't perform gets switched off. We don't go looking for a flattering metric to cover it up.

04

A clear view

You see in one place what happened this week and what comes next.

A GOOD CAMPAIGNIS NOT THE PRETTIEST.A GOOD CAMPAIGNIS THE MOST PROFITABLE.

A few companies where growth was a job to do, not a slogan.

01
What I did: PPC management, tracking, training

A European coin-collecting group founded in 1994, with its own companies in several markets. I ran the ad accounts for thirteen countries at once, built out the tracking and ran digital marketing training across the group.

08
What I did: Sales, closing

An independent service for advertisers whose domain Meta has put under a data sharing restriction: it gets their conversion data back. I handle sales and close the deals.

How I work

Four phases,
zero guessing

Every new project follows the same order, so you can see what's coming next.

01

Diagnose

I go through the account, the tracking and the website, and write down where money is being lost and how much is at stake. Facts, not opinions.

02

Activate

We start with the moves that have the biggest impact: structure, offer and tracking. First we fix what affects everything else.

03

Retain

Winning a new customer costs more than keeping an existing one. So we put email, newsletters, win-back campaigns and lifecycle logic in place.

04

Build forward

Whatever repeats gets automated: reports, data flows, AI steps. That way growth depends on a system, not on me.

Why me

Four things that
are different here

One person, no middlemen

The person you talk to on the call is the one who works in your account. Nothing gets passed on.

I back things up with numbers

If I can't show it in the account, I won't recommend it. Lots of people doing something isn't evidence.

Several markets, several languages

I've worked in seventeen markets. I know that a translated ad isn't automatically an ad that works.

Automation first

If you're doing the same task by hand for the third time, that's a process fault. We automate it once and move on.

What's different

A typical agency
and a Growth Partner

Plenty of people manage the same channels. The difference isn't the platform.

Pricing

Starting prices,
no surprises

Before you hire anyone

Ask everyone this,
including me

Ask any agency or freelancer these questions before you sign. My answers are here, so you have something to compare against.

Who will I actually work with?

The person doing the work. There's no account manager in between passing things on, so nothing gets lost along the way.

How quickly will you reply?

Within 24 hours on working days.

How often do I get a report, and what's in it?

Weekly or monthly, whichever suits you. It isn't a forty-page PDF. It shows what happened, why, and what we change next.

What happens when you're ill or on holiday?

I tell you about holidays in advance and set the accounts up to run safely while I'm away. If something urgent comes up, you can still reach me.

What counts as extra, and what does it cost?

Small changes are included. For anything bigger, I tell you the price before I start.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to the account and the tracking, or at least an export. Without that, all I can give you is an opinion, not a finding.

Questions

What people ask
most often

What does Growth Partner actually mean?

It means I don't sell you a single service. I take responsibility for growth together with you. If advertising isn't the bottleneck, I won't pitch you advertising. I'll point to what the real bottleneck is.

Do I need to sign a long contract?

No. There's no long commitment, and you won't keep paying when I'm not delivering. If ROAS or POAS isn't positive in a month, or there's simply less work to do, we talk about it and I bill you less. Agencies find that hard, because their fixed monthly fee has to pay for a whole team. I don't have a team to pay for, so I can be flexible. I'd rather still be working with you next year.

Who owns the ad account?

You do, always. Google Ads, Meta and every other account stays in your name, and I just get access. If we stop tomorrow, the account stays with you, with its full history and all the learning data it has built up. I don't take anything with me, and you don't have to ask for anything back.

What does it cost?

There's a list of starting prices in the Pricing section of the site. PPC management starts at 300 EUR a month, audits and websites from 200 EUR one-off, consulting is 40 EUR an hour and coaching 50 EUR an hour. The final price depends on how many accounts and markets there are, and what state the tracking is in. The first call is free, whatever the service.

Is it worth it on a smaller budget?

Honestly, it depends. In the diagnosis I'll tell you whether there's enough room, or whether something else needs to change first. If the budget is tight, coaching may suit you better: I teach you to run the ads yourself.

When will I see results?

It depends on where you're starting from. Tracking fixes show up within days, but structural changes also need learning time in the ad platforms. The diagnosis tells you what to expect and when.

Will you take over from my current team or agency?

Not necessarily. Often the fastest route is for your team to stay while I provide the direction and the tracking. If something does need taking over, we can arrange that too.

Which languages do you work in?

Hungarian, English and Swedish. I also work in German- and Polish-speaking markets, where a native speaker checks the communication and localisation.
